DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

Lady Lion Creations is looking for a creative, highly-motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to design, execute, and optimize high-quality digital marketing content campaigns. The Content Campaign and Digital marketing manager for Growth Markets will be aligned to the Marketing & Communications team and will manage the coordination and delivery of our positioning content program across the different market units in Growth Markets.

Job Role:

Lead the coordination of content activation through 360 channel approach: web, email, social media, events, direct mail, media, internal comms, internal channels.

• Interlock with other marketing teams on an integrated activation approach ensuring proper tracking is implemented

• Design and implement the best digital marketing approach for the Growth Markets content program

• Orchestrate a view of the overall digital presence via a regular interlock with the market units in Growth Markets to maintain consistency in our online positioning

• Proactively analyzing performance and metrics and recommending actions to ensure maximum effectiveness of marketing objectives and efficiency in processes

• Ownership of the metrics and reporting in a regular cadence with respective leads to analyses the data and making recommendations on the next set of actions to ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency of our digital campaigns and presence

• Collaborate with Analytics & Insight team to analyses performance of digital channels and specific marketing programs and identify and execute optimizations to maximize effectiveness.

• Create strong cross-functional relationships with peers in other business units to foster shared learning and leverage best practices.

Skills and Work Experience: 1 – 5 years experience.

FIELD EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

  • Should hold a clean driving license.

  • Requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Must be commercially aware and have a good solid understanding of the Industry.

  • Excellent negotiating skills are an absolute must in sales, as well as the ability to think on your feet and problem solve.

  • Must have excellent presentational skills and be able to explain complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way for the benefit of customers.

  • The preparation of sales performance reports is part of the job of a Field Sales Executive and so you must have excellent numeracy and written presentation skills.

  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and any industry-related software used widely within the industry

HR & ADMIN
OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests

  • Update internal databases with new hire information

  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

  • Publish and remove job ads

  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department

  • Develop training and onboarding material

  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Requirements

  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, or similar role

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation

  • Experience using spreadsheets

  • Organizational skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
